If you have forgotten your password or it is not available, click on "Forgot password?" and then follow the further instructions.
If you have changed your e-mail address, you can log in with the e-mail address you used previously and change it under "My Festival" in your customer account. You will then receive another verification e-mail to the newly entered e-mail address.
Please note: Only one e-mail address can be stored in your customer account at any one time. This may not and cannot be used for any other customer account!
